WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 lbs of Brussels sprouts
1 tbs. of pink peppercorn
1 tbs. of coriander seeds
1 tbs. of dill seeds
1 tbs. of yellow mustard seeds
1 cinnamon stick
2 cups of water
1 cup of white vinegar
1 cup of red wine vinegar
2 cups of white sugar
1 cup of salt
HOW TO PREPARE (FIND A STEP-BY-STEP VIDEO DEMONSTRATION ON SOCIAL MEDIA):
- 1. Combine liquids in a pot and boil.
- 2. Add spices and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3. Add the liquid to the Brussels sprouts to cover them fully in the liquid.
- 4. Let sit overnight and transfer into a jar and seal properly.
