DO YOU HAVE A SPACE FOR ONSITE CEREMONIES?
Yes, we have several options for onsite ceremonies depending on your number of expected guests.
CAN I CREATE MY OWN MENU?
Our chefs are happy to customize a menu to suit various ethnicities, tastes and budgets.
CAN I TASTE THE FOOD BEFORE THE WEDDING?
A private menu tasting for two will be scheduled approximately 3 months prior to your wedding.
CAN I HAVE AN OPEN BAR AT THE WEDDING?
Our Wedding Packages do include an open bar. You may also choose to have a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Your Wedding Specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.
DO YOU HAVE A CHILDREN’S MENU? YOUTH MEALS? VENDOR MEALS?
Yes, our culinary team can create menus for children, youths and vendors.
DO YOU HAVE SUGGESTED VENDORS FOR FLOWERS, MUSIC, PHOTOGRAPHY ETC.?
We will be happy to provide you with contact information for our preferred suppliers. Our partnership with these vendors promises familiarity with our space and that every element is handled professionally.
DO YOU SUPPLY AUDIO-VISUAL ITEMS LIKE SCREENS, PROJECTORS AND RISERS FOR MY HEAD TABLE?
We would be happy to refer you to our preferred Audio-Visual supplier who can provide these items at an additional cost.
ARE TAXES AND GRATUITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICING?
Pricing listed in our Wedding Packages will not include taxes and gratuities. Prices are subject to gratuities and HST.
CAN MY WEDDING GUESTS GET A DISCOUNTED RATE IF THEY STAY AT THE HOTEL?
Yes, we can arrange to have a block of rooms set aside specifically for your wedding guests. Rates fluctuate throughout the year. Speak to our Wedding Specialists for more details.
CAN I HOST A MORNING-AFTER BRUNCH OR A REHEARSAL DINNER?
Certainly. We have several private rooms that would be appropriate for these occasions.
DO YOU PROVIDE A DAY OF COORDINATOR?
Our Wedding Specialists will be your contact until the day before your wedding, and our Banquet Manager will assist you on the day of.
