TRANQUILITY POLICY/AGREEMENT
One King West Hotel & Residence is a condominium hotel that takes the safety, comfort, security, and tranquility of all guests and residents seriously. We are committed to ensuring that the One King West Hotel & Residence experience is relaxing and enjoyable for all. NON-SMOKING POLICY
One King West Hotel & Residence is a non-smoking hotel. A charge of $250 will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room.
ROOM CAPACITY POLICY
All room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $50 per person 18+ years of age occupying a room will be applied at the time of check-in. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room varies from 2 to 4 persons, depending on the suite type booked. See available amenities on your selected suite type to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Persons 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at check-in to occupy a suite.
GUARANTEE POLICY
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. The registered guest responsible for the room must be at least 18 years of age and must provide a valid credit card in their name along with 1 piece of government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
CHECK-IN POLICY
- Minimum Check-In Age is 18
- Check-In Time is 3 pm
- Check-Out Time is 11 am
Upon arrival, a valid photo ID along with a credit card must be presented in order to check-in.
A minimum deposit of $250 will be authorized on the credit card at that time. The pre-authorization hold will be released at check-out; however, please be advised that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be cleared by the credit card financial institution. Debit cards (including VISA/MC debit cards) and cash may be used as a method of payment, but not in replacement of a valid credit card for pre-authorization. In the unlikely event that the room is willfully or negligently damaged, Guests are responsible for damage they cause to the hotel property, howsoever caused. If damage to a room results in the room being unusable, the Guest will also be charged for the average daily revenue (ADR) lost for the room (as determined by hotel management), until the room can be brought back into use. The Guest’s security deposit will be applied to these amounts, but if the damage and lost revenues exceed the deposit amount, the full costs will be charged to the Guest’s pre-authorized credit card.
LOST & FOUND POLICY
Lost and Found queries can be processed through Ileftmystuff.com. Please follow the below steps to claim a left behind item:

Enter the hotel identification number: 47189.
Fill the item details in Report a Lost Item.
You will receive an email explaining the next steps.
Once the items have been located and the shipping fee has been settled, the claimed items will be shipped.
Please note that lost and found items will be held for a maximum of 30 days. Any items not claimed after this period will be discarded.
PET POLICY
A single dog or cat under 20 lbs is permitted in a room as long as that pet is not left unattended in the suite at any time.
One King West Hotel & Residence must be made aware of the accompanying pet at the time of booking. Should the reservation be made through an online booking channel, the hotel reservations team must be advised of the pet in writing, prior to the date of arrival. Failure to notify the hotel in writing prior to your arrival may result in the refusal of the pet at the time of check-in.
In the event that a complaint is received due to loud or excessive barking or noises, a single warning will be issued. Subsequent complaints will result in the removal of the animal and/or the removal of all registered occupants of the room.
A deep cleaning charge of $100 will be added to the room bill. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact the hotel directly for details.
PARKING POLICIES
Valet Parking at One King West
Daily valet parking is available for hotel guests and visitors at the following parking rates:
$60 + HST overnight (with in/out privileges), valid until the check-out time of 11 AM. Must be a registered guest.
$45 + HST 3-hour visitor rate 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (no in/out privileges), maximum of 3 hours.
$10 for each additional hour. The overnight rate applies after 7:00 PM.
Valet parking is limited, and spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Valet parking with in-and-out privileges is subject to some exclusions throughout the year.
Space is limited, and vehicles that exceed the following measurements cannot be accommodated in the hotel parking garage and must be self-parked at off-site parking facilities:
- 1.9 meters (6.23 feet) high
- 5.0 meters (16.40 feet) long and/or 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) wide
Offsite Self-Parking at Commerce Court
A number of off-site parking lots are available within walking distance. One King West Hotel & Residence has arranged an exclusive 10% discount for advance bookings at the Commerce Court Parking Garage, located at 18 Wellington St W.
The 10% discount is only available for advance bookings made through the One King West x Indigo Parking Widget. Parking reservations may incur additional charges dependent on the length of stay and time of exit.
Due to the parking garage’s physical limitations, Commerce Court cannot accommodate oversized vehicles with a height of more than 6’1”.
Please note that Commerce Court parking pricing fees are not controlled by One King West Hotel & Residence in any manner and any pricing changes are at the discretion of the parking facility and are subject to change without notice.

ELECTRIC BICYCLES (E-BIKE) POLICY
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and residents, we have established the following policy regarding electric bicycles (e-bikes). E-bikes and detached e-bike batteries are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. This includes but is not limited to all common areas, guest rooms, residential units, the parking garage, storage rooms, and any other indoor spaces within the hotel.
If this policy is circumvented, the Registered Guest assumes all liability for any damage or harm caused by the e-bike or its battery, including but not limited to damage to property and/or injury to persons.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations cancelled
• 24 hours or more prior to arrival by 3pm EST, no charge will apply.
• Within 24 hours of arrival, by 3pm EST, 100% of the total number of room nights booked will be charged.
• Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled date of arrival and have not cancelled their reservation in advance will be charged the full amount of their reservation booked.
Change in the length or dates of the reservation may result in a rate change. Group reservations are subject to group cancellation guidelines.
Cancellation policies may vary. Final cancellation terms will be verified at the time of booking.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Adult Rollaway bed/cot – $40.00 per day, plus taxes. Subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be confirmed at the time of arrival.
Crib – No charge. Subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be confirmed at the time of arrival.
Washer & Dryer – No charge. Subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed in advance and will be confirmed at the time of arrival.
Dry Cleaning – Dry cleaning services are available at an extra cost. Please contact the concierge for more details.
Due to the availability and/or nature of a special request, we are unable to confirm the request at the time of booking or prior to the arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate all special requests at check-in on the day of arrival, but requests are not guaranteed.
