Advance booking required: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is needed.
This promotion must be booked directly on the hotel website or through the hotel reservations team.
Subject to availability, this offer cannot be combined with any other promotion and does not include applicable taxes.
All reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. No deposit is required, and free cancellation is available up to 12 PM the day prior to arrival.
A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check-in. A $250 security deposit is also required at check-in.
*Hotel guests must book their spa appointments directly with Elmwood Spa by calling 416-977-6751. Appointments are subject to spa availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to avoid additional charges. Guests must provide either a physical or digital ID during checkout to ensure the voucher is applied. Vouchers will be retained by the Elmwood Spa Guest Service Team for reconciliation and invoicing.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Complimentary Uber Ride
To arrange an Uber ride, please request it from the front desk at least one hour prior to your spa appointment.
**Guests are entitled to one complimentary Uber ride each from One King West Hotel & Residence to Elmwood Spa and from Elmwood Spa back to One King West Hotel & Residence(direct).
Uber rides must be redeemed during the package stay and cannot be used before or after the stay.
